We WILL make efforts to ensure that clients requesting information of a sensitive or confidential nature are 'appropriate users', and that the request(s) for services serve(s) a 'legitimate purpose'. We reserve the right to deny the request(s) if we feel that a 'legitimate purpose' does not exist.
