ALL Positions require:

Legal residency in the U.S.
Clean criminal history (no conviction of a felony or a misdemelanor involving moral turpitude.)
No pending civil judgments, or evidence of financial irresponsibility.
Substance abuse screening by uranalysis (if position requries you to carry a firearm or other defensive implement.)

SOME positions may require:

Submission to a medical examiniation.
Submission to a polygraph examination.
Signing aggrements of non-disclosure.
Signing agreements of non-competition.

We WILL make efforts to ensure that clients requesting information of a sensitive or confidential nature are 'appropriate users', and that the request(s) for services serve(s) a 'legitimate purpose'.
