Poindexter & Associates, Inc., is a multi-state licensed investigative agency engaged in the gathering and dissemination of professional intelligence. We abide by the provisions of the F.C.R.A. and voluntarily comply with the goals for the Individual Reference Services Group. We WILL make efforts to ensure that clients requesting information of a sensitive or confidential nature are 'appropriate users', and that the request(s) for services serve(s) a 'legitimate purpose'. We reserve the right to deny the request(s) if we feel that a 'legitimate purpose' does not exist.
